Born in 1953 and named after Enzo Ferrari and his son Dino, the racetrack is one of the few circuits in the world that runs counterclockwise. Made famous by the San Marino Grand Prix, it has hosted some of the most memorable races in the history of motorsport.
Today Imola is much more than a circuit: it is a symbol of Italian motoring excellence, a place where passion, innovation and memory come together. And not just Formula 1: the racetrack hosts motorcycle, endurance, classic car events, concerts and much more.

Using laser scanners, drones and advanced photogrammetry, we have mapped the entire circuit – track, grandstands, pits and technical areas – with millimetric precision.
3D surveys allow us to accurately monitor the state of the structures and asphalt, plan maintenance or restoration interventions, simulate changes and updates to the track in a digital environment and create navigable models for training, safety and tourism promotion.
